From Mark 16:17, we know that every believer is capable of performing signs and miracles.
We cannot afford to be unaware or ignorant about it. (1 Cor 12:1 )
Operating in the spirit is compulsory not just for you but for the sake of the people around you.

Healing can be an event but it can also be an environment.
Some sicknesses are not merely a medical condition. Some are spiritual Eg in Matt 9: 32-33
God wants us to cultivate a healing atmosphere so we can walk in divine health.

In Exodus 4:17, Moses’ rod wasn’t given to him by God. It was his.
But by that same rod, Moses was able to perform signs.
In the same way, by the spirit of God within you, you can perform signs and miracles.

You can do all things by the Holy Ghost inside of you.
