In 2 Corinthians 2:11, the Bible lets us know that we should not be ignorant of the devil’s work by been discerning.

Luke 22:31-32. The plan of the enemy is to attack you silently until you are finished. But when you become aware of his devices, what he planned to make you weak, would make you strong.

The church needs to start creating space for people who have messed up and are remorseful. The church needs to be more forgiving. One of the things Satan does is for us to be unforgiving. God’s strategy for the preservation of the saints is for us to strengthen one another.

Galatians 6:1: Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

Romans 15:1-3 Salvation is NOT personal, we are to help one another in our moments of weakness. We MUST be responsible for one another. God is watching how we handle a brother who is in error.
